The Gran Fiesta Los Ayala is simply a pleasurable way to view the spectacular coastline and the numerous hidden coves and beaches of Jaltemba Bay. The tour also provides a great opportunity to see the abundant nature in Jaltemba Bay in all its glory. It is not uncommon to see dolphins, frigate birds, pelicans; and even humpback whales in all their majestic beauty in season which is during the months of November through March.
Guests of the Gran Fiesta Los Ayala board small boats that are launched from Los Ayala beach and ferried out to the Gran Fiesta Los Ayala. When everyone is on board the party tour begins!
Enjoy touring the coastline of Jaltemba Bay which includes viewing the hidden beaches along Los Ayala, such as Playa del Beso, and Playa Frideras. Then it is out to sea to spot whales and dolphins, and view Crab Island and Isla Islote which has a large pelican population. On the way back to Los Ayala, you will have the opportunity to view the spectacular beach of Rincon de Guayabitos and its two beautiful hidden beaches which are only accessible by boat.
On board the Gran Fiesta the mood is indeed festive and decidedly a party atmosphere; a family friendly party atmosphere. The hard working crew is very entertaining and their exuberance is definitely contagious. Everyone has a grand time joining in on the singing and dancing, but if you are the quiet type; sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery.
Tickets for the Gran Fiesta Los Ayala can be purchased on Los Ayala beach from the vendors, who are usually positioned at the south end of the beach between Restaurant Las Ranas and Pikkikos. Departure times are typically at 2 and 5 p.m. in the afternoon, but dependent on sufficient numbers.
200 pesos per person, including two drinks. Snacks available to purchase on board.
