Nacha has lived in Los Ayala all her life, 38 years at the time of publication. She remembers when there were just six houses in Los Ayala and when our town had no streets!
Nacha works at Villas Marena Condos as Receptionist and Head Housekeeper and is studying English.

Adan Amador Amaral
Adan has lived in Los Ayala for three years. Before then he lived in Puerto Vallarta but he fell in love with Nacha and Los Ayala, and naturally moved here.

( fish filet baked in tin foil lightly dressed with a dressing made of oil, cilantro, tomato and onions)
La Guerra
Fave Dish - Filet Pescado Embarazada
(skewered, stuffed fish cooked on a wood fire)
We also both love the fact that our small town is growing, and the abundance of new activities, shops and restaurants!
