" Padre"
This of course, means father, in the sense of the biological father as well as a priest. It is also used to mean "author" and "source," and in Mexican-American pachuco slang it is used as the equivalent of "awesome," "far-out," and "boss."
 Los Ayala
Local Folks - Martin Torres

Martin's journey to Los Ayala began seven years ago as a result of a work contract he received to reupholster some furniture. Martin and his family lived in La Magdalena, Guadalajara and the three day work assignment at a small, family friendly beach town on Mexico's Pacific coast sounded like the perfect opportunity for his family to enjoy a beach vacation.

Martin brought the wife and children along for the trip and during their short stay the entire family fell in love with Los Ayala. They were enamored with the beauty of the tropical palm lined beach, and even more so, the warmth and friendliness of the local people.

Martin and his family never left Los Ayala. They found a short term vacation rental which they called home for the first year. One one year later they found a delightful family home to rent and they have lived in this same home for six years. In the true spirit of Mexican entrepreneurship Martin set up his reupholstering business "La Magdelena Tapaceria" in Los Ayala. Shortly thereafter he expanded his business to include property management services which he says provides for "Almost Everything You Need!
